Redbloom is the world's first gut-healthy chili crisp - Vegan, Low FODMAP, GF, Whole.

IBS affects 15% of the US population. For every vegan out there, 15 people suffer from IBS, yet grocery shelves are filled with vegan options while those with sensitive guts are left with bland food, powders, pills, and gummies. As a Chinese-American, losing the ability to eat spicy food, garlic, and onion due to IBS felt like losing a part of my identity and culture. In China, chili crisp is the most popular condiment, and I wanted to create something equally special for the gut health and AAPI community.

Redbloom was born from my personal battle with IBS. I spent two years collaborating with some of the brightest chefs and doctors to formulate our chili crisp. We made it healthy by replacing ingredients like seed oils, MSG, and excessive sodium with gut-healthy superfoods like organic avocado oil, organic lion's mane powder, and organic zinc salt. We made it Low-FODMAP by infusing garlic and onion into the oil.

Our innovation didn't stop there. We microencapsulated chili peppers in oleic acid from avocado oil, creating a layer of healthy fat to cushion the gut from spicy flare-ups - making the product truly gut-healthy, not just gut-friendly

We sourced our ingredients from across Asia, including chili flakes from China, chili powder from Korea, cinnamon from Vietnam, and black cardamom from Nepal, bringing authentic and diverse flavors to our product.

Allergen Policy

At Redbloom, we are committed to providing products that are safe for individuals with food allergies. All of our products are allergen-free and manufactured in our own dedicated facilities. We use equipment that is exclusively reserved for Redbloom production to ensure there is no risk of cross-contact with common allergens.

We do not process peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, soy, wheat, gluten, shellfish, fish, or sesame in our facilities. Our strict controls and sanitation procedures are designed to maintain the integrity of our allergen-free promise, so our customers can enjoy Redbloom products with confidence.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customer is required to show proof of damages of the specific product (jars) not just the shipping box. We will ship out replacements for ONLY the damaged products. We are unable to replace entire shipments if the receiver throws out the undamaged products.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
